My husband and I moved here from Utah to retire and build a home. While still in Utah my husband contacted Waddell Custom Homes and started the process to have them build our new home. We met and ordered house plans and started the custom ideas we wanted within our home. Al Waddell is a man of his word when he says custom built it is just that, within reason he gave us everything we watned and more. Overall I enjoyed working with his company. His staff was exceptional and highly knowledgabel in whatever area we had a question or concer and because of that we were able to get my dream home. I would definitely recommend Waddell Custom Homes to anyone who wants the best and easy to work with.

My experience with Waddell Custom Homes has been nothing but the best, especially with everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with or meeting personally! When I listen to my neighbor’s home building experiences, I have to clutch my pearls! Waddell builds a top-notch home and stands behind their work! Additionally, Drew (Lynch) is such an amazing young man, a very professional and skilled project manager! He always has the best attitude!

Working with the professionals at Waddell Custom Homes was a wonderful experience. When Waddell built our home eight years ago, we were living in Pennsylvania. I had heard horror stories about not being around when your house was being built. The opposite was true with Waddell. Everyone made sure that things were done according to plan and on time. Our visits to the Charlotte area to make design decisions were excellently organized, and we were always able to accomplish what we had intended. We have nothing but the highest praise for this builder.

Waddell Custom Homes built my home in 2012/2013. They are great to work with, explain things well, willing to work weekends or after hours to meet and review drawings, make selections, etc. just a great team to work with in building a home. They follow up and ensure things meet the buyers expectations.
